Julia Helwig

Julia has joined Cannon Clarke Architects in September 2023, after working for a small local firm for 2 years prior.

After growing up and completing her A-Levels in Germany, Julia moved to the UK to study Architecture at Norwich University of the Arts. She finished the course successfully with a First Class Honours in 2021. During her time at NUA, Julia volunteered on the university mentorship programme to help new students to settle into university life which brought her great joy.

Julia works within the Cannon Clarke team as an Architectural Assistant and has gained most of her experience working on residential and small commercial projects. She is currently working closely on a change of use from former offices to a school building, which she has followed through RIBA stages 2-5.
Julia is passionate about environmentally and culturally sensitive design, which she strives to implement in all her projects.
