The Drive, is a Grade II listed dwelling located in the village of Fritton and is part of the Hoveton Estate.

Cannon Clarke Architects were appointed to design a contemporary single storey extension and remodelling/refurbishment of the existing dwelling for use as a holiday let.

The proposed extension accommodates a new open plan kitchen/living/dining area with the conversion of the existing loft space to accommodate an additional third bedroom.

Additionally, the proposed form and simple high quality material palette was chosen to compliment and enhance the existing dwelling, whilst still creating a visual separation between new and old.
