Cannon Clarke Architects were instructed to provide a masterplan for a brand new 55-acre holiday park in the Lincolnshire area, with specific instruction from our client to allow for the manufacture of their own bespoke holiday lodges on site.

This proposed manufacturing facility to ultimately be repurposed as the holiday entertainment centre and leisure facility.

The bespoke lodge units were designed by us to comply with BS3632 to create energy-efficient contemporary spaces that could be enjoyed throughout the year.

Cannon Clarke Architects worked alongside Ritz Resorts who provided planning consultancy and coordination of the works in-house. The density of the proposals were long debated between Cannon Clarke Architects and the client (who was keen to maximise the site capacity) and a preferred lower-density scheme was not ultimately submitted for Planning.
