London Residential Conversion Project

This project converts office space into residential apartments in London. The previous site owner and design team secured the original approval under Class O Permitted Development rights. Cannon Clarke Architects undertook further design development and technical design. This process involved amending the initial scheme and obtaining additional planning consent for elevational changes.

This project features 72 one-bedroom apartments, 30 parking spaces, and enhanced amenities. Additionally, each unit meets National Described Space Standards, providing practical and comfortable living spaces

At Cannon Clarke Architects, we conduct early-stage technical assessments to streamline planning, prevent delays, and ensure our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and feasible to build. Currently under construction, this project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.

Cannon Clarke Architects would like to work with clients who value great architecture. For residential apartment developments in London, we would be delighted to hear from you.
