Cannon Clarke Architects were approached to provide an initial feasibility study to investigate the possibility of sub-dividing the floors to accommodate two micro dental practices under one roof, along with a full refurbishment throughout and maximising the layout.
The proposed layouts which assessed the initial feasibility included the remodelling of the existing basement to accommodate new treatment rooms, accessible WC, x-ray room, new Equalities Act 2010 (DDA) compliant access and new street front signage.
These early-stage studies include a technical assessment and are used to assess the financial viability of the project to help make an informed choice of whether to take the project forward.
