Progress on Our Project – 72 Apartments, Bromley

The transformation of the ‘Y Buildings’ continues with significant advancements in the second building, Ann Springman Hall. We’re now at the demolition stage, with superstructure work already underway.

Meanwhile, in Joseph Lancaster Hall (the first building), the internal fitout and 1st fix MEP continues with the first show flat being ready for viewing early next year.

This ambitious refurbishment of two mid-20th Century office buildings into 72 contemporary apartments, located in the beautiful parkland setting near the historic Listed Bishop’s Palace, is a true testament to innovative design and teamwork.
