Planning permission obtained for Interconnector at Bacton Gas Terminal

Planning permission has been granted for an office and welfare facility at Bacton Gas Terminal for our client Interconnector. Our appointment, through Pinnacle Consulting, has also led to the completion of RIBA Stage 3.

The proposed facility at Bacton for a new-build, 2 storey building, replaces the existing facility and allows for future provision of an increased workforce. We have worked closely with our Threat Mitigation Consultant (D J Goode) and Structural Engineer (Pinnacle) to ensure the effects of potential blast and gas flare eruptions are countered by the building fabric, to ensure survivability to personnel.
