Planning approval for a single-storey extension to a Grade II Listed property

We are pleased to have received planning approval for a contemporary single-storey extension to a Grade II Listed property.

Cannon Clarke Architects have designed an open-plan kitchen and dining space, perfect for modern living, along with subtle internal alterations to create a ground floor guest bedroom and boot room. The existing outbuilding will be thoughtfully rebuilt into a home office, offering enhanced functionality while preserving its historical charm.

Inspired by local barns, the extension uses black timber cladding and an inverted butterfly roof, blending with the original structure while maximizing southern garden views.

We are excited to bring this vision to life while maintaining the integrity of the heritage building and its surroundings.
