Great News! We are thrilled to receive planning permission for this one-off leisure development.

Our client’s brief is to provide for a contemporary single-storey extension, alongside internal alterations. Our approved proposal maximises the use of space by converting the attic into another bedroom and moving the downstairs partition walls to integrate the new extension.

This is a small, bespoke leisure development for a Grade II listed building in the Norfolk Broads, providing luxury holiday accommodation.
