Cannon Clarke Architects are proud to be exhibited at this year’s Festival of Architecture Norwich & Norfolk (FANN23) at the Forum, Norwich from 10th to 19th October.

One of our 3 exhibition boards illustrates our proposals for 100 Magdalen Street, a 13-apartment residential scheme with commercial use at basement and ground which replaces the existing Barclays Bank building. The scheme is currently in planning and due for determination imminently on resolution of the county’s Nutrient Neutrality issues.

Cannon Clarke Architects have devised a context specific design responding to the location within the Magdalen Street Conservation Area, proximity to Listed buildings and the emerging (and now) consented Anglia Square proposals.

Our other boards feature a contemporary residential extension and a new-build ‘inverted living’ residential villa.
