At Cannon Clarke Architects we recognise and embrace how important it is that a building represents the outward expression of the Public or Private Institution it represents.
Based in Norwich and working across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia our practice of experienced and talented designers will provide exemplar architectural services to design and deliver the client’s brief. Working from the initial inception to the point of a completed building we are well placed to deliver an outstanding building design fitting it’s immediate and Civil context.
We are experienced in taking extensive and adaptable briefs from the client/commissioning body and vestest stakeholders and work collaboratively throughout the stages of design showing various viable options for development to refine the brief and move the project forward. We engage at an early stage with the process of achieving planning consent (if required) and will develop a strategic ‘case for development’ based on feasibility and the known planning context.
One of our public and assembly sector projects is for the Cringleford Parish Council in designing a pavilion annexe to the existing premises that accommodate the Council Assembly room as well as a multifunctional space for venue hire.
The key to this was the employment of integrated storage space for furniture when not in use and screening of the façade, of which the outward façade expression was predominantly in glass, via curtains to allow maximum flexibility for privacy.
If you are looking for an initial feasibility study for a public or assembly building or you have existing premises that you believe can be developed to maximise the potential please contact us on 01603 567415 or via our enquiries email address enquiries@cannonclarkearchitects.co.uk where one of our experienced team can advise you further.
