COVID-19. What are we doing to keep our staff and customers safe?
Staff: Our staff will be working from home where possible and have the tools required to do so, this will not affect your project in any way.
Client Visits: We are encouraging video and phone conferencing where possible. If you require a face to face meeting, we will do all that we can to accommodate this. Although our staff currently have no COVID-19 symptoms, we will not carry out visits to anyone who fall into higher risk categories. Please let us know if you have Heart disease, Diabetes, Lung disease or Cancer. Please see https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public for the official government advice.
Site inspections and surveys: We are still carrying out surveys and inspections, however please let us know if you have experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus in the last 14 days and have any of the conditions listed above. We will not allow any of our staff to visit sites if the occupants and/or staff have experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus. We have advised staff to follow the governments guidance on handwashing, and in addition to this have adopted a no hand shake policy so please do not be offended if we do not shake hands.
Visiting our studio: Please do not visit us if you have experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus. We can use WhatsApp video calls if required and all documentation, drawings/sketches and presentations can be transferred electronically.
If you do feel well, visits to the office will be by appointment only, you will be asked to wash your hands thoroughly on arrival and when you leave.
Planning and Building Control: We have not received any updates from the local authority, however we do expect some level of disruption. We may experience delayed planning determinations and building inspections may be delayed.
